The following covers all of the mail-in/in-town repair policy and disclaimer information.


If there are any repairs that are unknown at the point of sale after diagnostic is taken via messaging/phone conversation and payment is obtained, whether it be different or additional repairs needed after I receive the system or the customer tells me about different or additional repairs after the payment is made and system is recieved, I will contact the customer for price and approval for the unknown at point of sale repair. If the customer declines unknown at point of sale repair, the original repair shall be administered upon approval by the customer, and when finished, the unit will be shipped back to the customer. If the customer declines unknown at point of sale repair cost, and no longer wants the original repair administered, or if the original repair was misdiagnosed by the customer making the actual repair unknown at point of sale, the customer will then be refunded, less a ten dollar diagnostic fee and the unit will be sent back. If the customer approves cost of unknown at point of sale repair, the additional or different repair shall be administered and sent back to the customer upon payment.

It should be noted, rarely repairs cannot be done by me if drastic enough, and may need a replacement unit, which I may or may not be able to offer at additional cost to the original repair price stated in the original purchase. If I cannot offer a replacement unit (or the customer declines replacement unit), the customer's original repair will be administered upon customer approval, and the unit will be shipped back to the customer. If the repair was not stated correctly at the point of sale by the customer, and the repair is for something different that I do not offer as a repair, then I, the merchant, reserve the right to charge a ten dollar diagnostic fee and return the item back to the customer, unrepaired, along with a refund, less the ten dollar diagnostic fee. If the repair was not stated correctly at the point of sale by the customer, and the repair is for something different that I do not offer as a repair, then I, the merchant, reserve the right to offer a replacement unit if available, at an extra cost to the customer. If the customer does not accept the replacement unit, or I, the merchant, do not have any replacement units available, then I, the merchant, reserve the right to charge a ten dollar diagnostic fee and return the item back to the customer, unrepaired, along with a refund, less the ten dollar diagnostic fee.




The following is for the policy/disclaimer information for any product purchase or repair limited warranty information, via mail order or in-town.


For any console purchases or repairs, I provide a limited 30 day warranty on all defective parts. This warranty is subject my approval, and is only applied to defective parts, and not customer negligence. If approved, the defective part in question will be replaced free of charge to the customer, and will either be mailed back to the customer for original mail-order purchases/repairs, or dropped off directly to the customer for an original in-town purchase/repair. If the part in question is declined for warranty repair, the unit will be either dropped off in person for original in-town purchase/repair, or return mailed for an original mail-order purchase/repair.




The following is the policy/disclaimer information of aesthetic appearance for all product/repair/console purchases.


Any product/repairs/consoles purchased here are of top quality and require an extreme attention to detail, that is given fully. And, in general, with regard to aesthetics, all sales are final. However, on occasion, forsights can be made, and upon my approval an exchange or refund will be given.
