Here's a list of questions that a lot of customers have when they first call or e-mail.

• Q: Do you have a shop?
  A: Currently, no. All repairs are performed residentially, which is quite beneficial to the customer for one main reason, low prices!



• Q: Where do we meet for in-town repairs?
  A: We always meet at a nuetral spot for all in-town business, so its comfortable for everyone. If you'd be more comfortable with an ebay purchase(prices may vary from in-town repairs), click here, as I have numerous E-bay listings to accomodate your repair needs.



• Q: Why should I buy from Hollywood Electronics Repair?

• Q: Do you use new or used parts?
  A: I use over 95% brand new parts for repair. Only on occasion, if a new part is not available, do I use a high quality extensively tested used part to repair a console or electronic component.
  
  
• Q: How long do repairs take?
  A: Typically, repairs take about 2-4 hours for in-town repairs, depending on wait time. For any mail-order repairs; repair and return shipment will be processed within 48 hours!
  
  
• Q: How do I get started?
  A: There's 3 different ways- In town repairs, mail order repairs, and ebay repairs.
  1- For in town repairs- You can contact us via e-mail or phone, then we'll set-up a time to meet, then the repair can be picked up either the same, or next day!
  2- For mail-order repairs- You can contact us via e-mail or phone(call or text), and once I confirm the estimated diagnosis, buy the repair purchase from the repair broken console page for your corresponding repair. Checkout with paypal(cash payment option is available), then you'll receive the shipping address to send me your console. Then within 48 hours of receiving your unit & payment, your repaired console will be sent back!
  3- For E-bay repairs- Contact me with your consoles diagnosis via ebay message, e-mail or phone(call or text), once I confirm, then buy the corrosponding listing associated with your consoles confirmed estimated diagnosis. After this, you'll receive the shipping address to send us your console. Then within 48 hours of receiving your unit & payment, your repaired console will be sent back!
